999ok Baji – Terms & Conditions

In this document, "999ok", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the 999ok platform. "User", "member", and "you" refer to any individual registered on or using our platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all 999ok Baji services – Sports Betting, Live Casino, Games, payments, and promotional offers.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to register with 999ok Baji. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request a national ID or other documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Creating an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. If any of your details change, please notify our support team as soon as possible.

• Enter your date of birth correctly
• Use a strong password

2.3 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Deposit Terms

To make a deposit on 999ok Baji, you must use a verified payment method. Supported payment methods include:

• BKash – minimum deposit 500 BDT
• Nagad – Minimum deposit ৳500 BDT
• Rocket – Minimum deposit ৳500 BDT
• VISA / Mastercard – minimum deposit 1,000 BDT

Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal. For your first withdrawal, you will need to submit a valid national ID and proof of payment method.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing time: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

999ok reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. We also reserve the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from system or human error.

4.2 Live Betting

Live betting odds change in real time. Network issues or delays may affect bet confirmation. Any bet submitted after a match has ended will be automatically voided.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, the stake for any bets placed on that match will be refunded. However, different rules may apply to certain betting markets, and these will be stated at the time of placing the bet.

• Bets can be cancelled at any time before the match kicks off
• Live bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Bet settlement will be completed after the result is officially announced
• 999ok Baji's decision is final in the event of any disputed outcome

Each bonus and promotional offer at 999ok has its own terms and conditions. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Welcome bonus is available to new members only
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited
• Real money and bonus funds are tracked separately until bonus conditions are met
• 999ok Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

• Defrauding other members through the platform

Any of these prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways)
• Losses resulting from user negligence or sharing account credentials with others
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will do our best to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved through support, you may submit a formal written complaint.

999ok's decision shall be final in resolving all disputes. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
